New Rules for Taxis, Shuttles, and Carriages

This month new rules were approved for taxi drivers, private shuttles (limousine services), and the horse-drawn carriages in the city of Rome. The taxis policies were the most impacted: They included: one phone number has been adopted to allow customers to summon a taxi; Receipts will soon be printed for all guests; and new “codes of conduct” policies adopted. Terravision, has been in and out of the FCO airport in the past few years. It is a airport major bus service provider in Europe. In Italy, they also offer services at Ciampino, Pisa, Bergamo Orio al Serio, Trapani, Verona, and Torino. The SITBus Shuttle Service To and From Rome

Starting in 2009, the SITBus Shuttle began daily runs from Leonardo Da Vinci Airport (FCO) to two locations in Rome – the Roma Termini Train Station and also Piazza Cavour. The SITBus Shuttle buses begin their routes at 5 AM – another plus for early travelers as the Leonardo Express does not start until 05:52 AM. Read more…
