IMG 9105 thumb1 Coaching! Bella Roma

I’ve enjoyed living in Europe for more than ten years. It is certainly a unique lifestyle for an American raised in suburbia. Off all the places we’ve lived in the world, Rome has easily been our favorite. My wife and I spent 3+ years in this incredible, Eternal City, and we barely scratched the surface of what to see. Every day was a new adventure! My passion for things Roman led me into the guide business, helping folks see Rome as I saw it.IMG 9123 thumb1 Coaching! In three years I met and worked with thousands of folks and still communicate regularly with many.

Now we’ve moved to Copenhagen – quite a contrast to Rome! But our hearts (and many friends) are still in Roma, and we return often. Fortunately, flights are relatively inexpensive from CPH to FCO! Our goal is to relocate back to Rome in the near future.coliseum flavian amphitheatre 2 thumb1 Coaching!

This love of Rome also prompted me to start writing this blog, so I could help others – especially first-time travelers – learn about the city and in a sense, act as an absentia-guide! 50,000+folks now visit this website monthly, and I appreciate the opportunity to help make Rome a special place for them, as it was for us.

Coaching Service

From this experience, I’ve created a Coaching Service. Geared primarily for experiences in Rome, I help people maneuver the organized chaos that is Italy. I primarily work with first-time travelers to Italy, helping them understand the logistics of travel in the Rome and in the country. My assistance IMG 3989 thumb1 Coaching!is not a pre-fabricated, one-size-fits-all tour template complete with glossy pictures and contract-arranged hotels. No, I am NOT a travel agent, but someone who can help make your vacation (and Roman experience) BETTER! If you like the style of writing in this blog, that’s the types of responses you’ll get.

Send me an email telling me a little about you – and your traveling companions! It would be helpful to know how many folks are in your party, the number if days you’ll be in Rome (or Italy), the dates of your trip, and whether or not you’ve traveled abroad before. If so, where – I remember my first time to Europe. I was totally IMG 4763A 300x225 Coaching!

Knowing about your interests would also be helpful, and perhaps telling me “how” you like to travel (pace, comfort level, etc.) would be helpful too! The more detailed the better.

Ron, what a brilliant idea. Your website continues to be a wonderful resource and a great gift to travelers. I haven’t found any other site that has anywhere near as much practical helpful information. If we didn’t have our May trip to Rome pretty much all planned (thanks in large part to this site) I would definitely hire you as a coach. Perhaps for our next trip to Rome? :-)
